we've had ants here and there ever since we moved into this apartment in december. mostly they've just been in the bathroom and the bedrooms...until this summer. the exterminator has been here a few times, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. we'll leave crumbs all over the kitchen and no ants will show up, but they're all over my bedroom...does that make any logical sense to anyone?

i suppose it was inevitable...now they're all over the kitchen. on friday we threw out most of the food in the pantry. even unopened food - they had chewed through sealed poptart and cereal packages. so all i have left from the pantry is soup and powdered gatorade. we decided that we'll start keeping the pantry food in the fridge since we have plenty of space there. it's definitley an interesting sight to see a box of cereal in the refridgerator! :)
